Logic Property Wealth: 946 leads and a team that doubled
A property and wealth advisory that nobody searches for at the moment of need. Meta ads put the offer in front of the right people before they were looking, and the leads came fast enough that the team grew from four to eight in seven months.
- Meta Ads

The client
Logic Property Wealth. Logic Property Wealth Australia helps people build wealth through property. It is a considered decision made over weeks, which is exactly where search ads struggle and Meta ads work.
The need
Nobody types “property wealth adviser” into Google on a whim.
- No search demand to buy. A considered purchase has very little search volume, so Google Ads had little to capture.
- A decision built on trust. Prospects need to feel they understand the adviser before they book a meeting.
- Volume for a growing team. The business needed a steady flow of qualified leads, not occasional spikes.
The plan
Go where the buyers are
Meta ads that reach people before they are looking, with an offer that starts a conversation.
Test hard
Several campaigns and creatives side by side, including an experimental workshop campaign.
Scale what works
Budget moved to the best performer: 365 leads at $73.77 each.
The execution
Audience and offer
Ads built around a clear offer for people interested in investing through property, aimed at the audiences most likely to take a meeting.
Creative testing
Campaigns ran side by side, including a workshop campaign that ran hot, so the account learned which message brought in qualified people.
Scaling the winner
The best large campaign produced 365 leads at $73.77 each from $26,927 of spend, and took most of the budget from there.

The results
Between 10 February and 16 September 2026 the account produced 946 leads from $94,788 of spend and reached 351,604 people. Blended across every test, including the workshop campaign, that is $100.20 a lead. On the best campaign at scale it was $73.77. More than 30% of qualified leads became clients.
The conclusion
Meta was the right channel because the customer was never going to search. The business result, a team that doubled, says more than any cost per lead.
