Privacy policy
WEDEE (ABN 83 509 879 516), of 8 Faygate Ct, Frankston VIC 3199, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through wedee.com.au, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to give: usually your name, email, phone number, business name, website and a message.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved. These tools use cookies and record things like the pages you visit, how you got here, the device and browser you use and an approximate location. Clarity records anonymised sessions of how pages are used. We do not use this to identify you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to provide services you engage us for, and to improve the website. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are stored on our web host (Hostinger) and delivered to our email provider (Zoho). Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft, and the map in our footer is provided by Google Maps. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not otherwise disclose personal information unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
Contact and complaints
For any privacy question or complaint, email contact@wedee.com.au or call 0477 870 032. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
